Garmin reciever question, please help...

Hello,
I am looking at buying a garmin GPSMAP 60CSx or a Rino 530. Taking the FRS radio out of the comparison one of the main differences is the reciever. GPSMAP has a "High sensitivity reciever" and the Rino has a 12 channel. Both are quad helix antennas.

Does anyone know how much better the high sensitivity reciever works over the 12 channel? I plan on using it in forested areas mainly.

Also is a quad helix (in the vertical position) better than a patch antenna (in the horizontal position)??

I'm after this same information also.

Plus any other differences between the two other than the radio which make one preferable to the other.
