I am having trouble adjusting the distance before the camera locations, at present they are either 500ft or 1200ft, have tried adjusting in the active poi screen but doesn't seeem to have any effect, am i missing something?

Try reloading them and setting the distance in the POIEditor before transfer to the device, to see if that makes a difference.
Thanks, i'll try this, new to this game! it'll be the third time i've dowloaded them, forgot the icons first off, and i've got the speed zoned so there's a few to do, good practice though!!
OK, all sorted, set the distance in the POI editor when I loaded them, I'd recommend 1500ft for the slower speeds and 0.5mile (2640ft) for the faster limits.
