Ripped Off in Australia

I am extremely disappointed after paying to subscribe to the PocketGPSWorld service which includes speed/red light camera POI files for tomtom. The speed/red light cameras were my reason for registering.

There is next to nothing in place for Australia with the exception of some of the speed cameras for Victoria and red light cameras for New South Wales.

I have both copilot and tomtom. The entries provided by copilot with the original software are so much more complete than the scattering of entries PocketGPSWorld provides. As an example, Canberra red light cameras are populated by copilot original software. PocketGPSWorld has nothing!

PocketGPSWorld should clearly state how incomplete this is for Australia rather than set an expectation that is clearly not satisfied by the service offered.

Thank you for the comment. I guess we will have to add the disclaimer that you mention. The system is largely targeted at UK customers, we are just about to include other countries in Europe, the Americas, and Asia.

Let us know if you want a refund.
