What is wrong with this SD card?

Yesturday connected my TomTom Go to my computer and TT home, which reported that a Phone upgrade was available, I allowed this to be downloaded into the TT GO.
I can't now use my TT GO with that SD card. I get after the TT hands start a request to aggree some driving/use statement, followed by a message that there are no maps.
I then took a different SD card and loaded my last back up, and that works perfectly.
I put this same backup into the first SD card and allthough I can use the computer to programme it when the TT GO is solo I get the above error, No Maps.
( I've not put the Phone update into the second SD card.)
Any advice please.

The small switch on the left habd side is up on both SD cards.
