Speed camer help please!

Hi guys, just wanted some quick help if anyone can assist!

Have just subscribed and downloaded to speed camera database.

I understand how to hook my tomtom up to the PC and then transfer the OV2 files across but what about the tomtom ones that are already there? should i delete them? If i dont then surely I will have 2 sets!! I cant just overwrite them because i downloaded the all in one file from this website which is just one file and tomtom have theres listed one file for each speed setting. what should I do? Have them all in my tomtom file or put the file form this website into my tomtom and delete all the old tomtom OV2 speed camera uk files?

Any ideas!?
