hi, i have downloaded the poi to get cams etc/
i have even unzipped it,
it is now sitting in my temp folder, .a yellow box with a zip on it.
and words saying poi.capture 1.01g.
ive read and read the instructions as to what to do next but im lost/
with comps i have a L plate on my back.
could somone please give me easy to follow instructions.
my comp is windows xp. and its for a tom tom go 300.

You've downloaded the wrong thing...
POI capture is an addon to RECORD new camera positions. It is nothing to do with the camera database.
I've just typed out the steps for downloading the single file version in my second post in THIS THREAD. Try that, and also the help file links in the box on the left of this page.
