IPAQ 4700

Can anyone tell me how to get rid of the pop up calender that keeps appearing every 10 mins or so when running TT 5 on my IPAQ4700.

It's not a popup calendar, it is a screensaver.

While it is appearing, tap and hold the screen. Then follow the menu to disable that feature.

Go to Start/ Programs "DockWare" this will start the stupid screen saver.
Tap and hold the stylus on the screen from the pop-up de-select the "Start Automatically" and you won't be bothered with it again.

One other stupid default on the 4700 is in Start/ Settings/ BackLight Brightness tab, make sure the "Automatic" checkbox is not selected or the backlight goes up and down on its own (it drove me up the wall for quite some time till I found that) - Mike
