Can anybody tell me how to convert this to correct format for submitting cameras please?
51°29'51.20" N
I've got it/them for 4 cameras I need to submit and obviously this is wrong format. I got them using Microsoft Local Live 3D, because Google Earth and this website's camera submission page don't give enough fine detail for me to be able to pinpoint the locations (and the camera submission coordinates are decimal). I haven't got and can't use POI Capture as I'm driving alone - I can (sometimes) remember and scrawl bits of landmarks like bridges, railways and hedge lines good enough to pinpoint pretty well if only the downward view is good enough. But not all those features are showing on the site map and only occasionally fine enough on Google Earth.

The formula is :- degrees + (minutes/60) + (seconds/3600)

so yours is 51 + .4833 + .0014, making

51.4847

When you work out the East and West coordinates, East is positive and West is negative. (South is also negative.)
