It doesn't work like that.
You have to become a member, £2 per month or £19 per year.

and I would imagine that a Moderator will either delete your email and lock your post or kick you off the forum all together.

And you can't complain about those prices, as the ticket office charge a fair bit more for that picture they so kindly send you along with a reminder of what your vehicle reg is.

However bobrowlands@ntlworld.com , if you happened to get flashed because you haven't the safety camera files, you could always become a member and report the camera. You never know your luck you may be the first to report and once verified you'll get a lifetimes free membership. :P
