My new TomTom One V2 not being recognised

Any ideas. My new TomTom One V2 which was INITIALLY seen as a separate removable drive is now no longer recognised by XP. I am unsure what to do next.....

First make sure thatr the USB Cable is plugged in firmly, then try it.

Have you got a Card Reader? If so remove the SD Card and try it in that to see if it recognises it.

You could try a Reset (pin-in hole). Hold it in for 10 secs, and try again.
