ROM File

I'm trying to re-install tomtom on my Dell PDA.
After getting the software onto the SD card and starting the install, I’m being told that
a file in Windows is running the is called btcorelf.dl and is ROM. I can’t find this file, so where do I look to find it.
I have tried – Start/Settings/System/Memory/Running Program/ and then select for the list on view, but there’s nothing to choose from.
Any ideas

The program is in ROM, not in the list of running programs (those are in RAM, too).

The message just alerts you to a fact that you are replacing a system DLL (in ROM) with a different version (to be stored in RAM). You can go ahead and confirm the replace. To revert that process, delete the file again which will recover the ROM based version (that you can't delete)

The file is in the \windows folder.
