I've just updated via home, to App 6.15.
I'm using Great_Britain_Plus-Map v571.

When I choose Navigate to, Address, City centre, type in a destination, it doesn't always work. For example, if I choose Leicester, everyhing is OK. If I choose Peterborough or Derby, it starts to calculate the root but the progress bar hardly moves from the left. It then locks up and after about 20seconds the device reboots. This happens every time.

I thought it might be corrupt, so I've reformatted the card, put the application back on using Home, added the map again from the CD and it's still doing it.

Anyone else care to try this and let me know if you get the same thing?

Have tried on my TT500 (same map and 6.15) don't have any problems.

It works OK on my Classic.

When you plan the Route, where are you located?

How much Free Memory do you still have on the SD Card?

Oldboy - I'm planning the route from just outside Leicester (near Hinckley).

The SD card is a 1GB. I've got a few maps on it, but still have about 100MB free.

Should be OK then.

Try a route to somewhere like Wick or Penzance, or even Europe. See if it still happens.

Wick and Penzance both work fine.

I've been trying various places at random to see what happens. Here's a few more that cause a reboot:-

Nottingham
Warwick
Skegness
Liverpool

Seems about 50/50 for what works and what doesn't. It's really anoying !
Wish I'd kept an old v5 file now to reload.

It seems most illogical, and I don't know the answer. As I said before, I've never had a problem. No consolation to you though.

Thanks for that. Most helpful. I'll install later when I get some spare time.

Cheers
