I had a tomtom 700 (sadly stolen) which worked perfectly with my Motorola RAZR V3. Now I have a 710 and it causes the bluetooth on the V3 to drop continuously so that I cannot get a TomTomPlus connection. I've tried starting one before the other etc. but as soon as the 710 tgries t establish a data connection the bluetooth on the phone shuts own. It tries to reconnect various times but the bluetooth simply cannot be activated. Away from the tomtom the bluetooth is fine.

Any ideas?

Roger

Can't believe no one has replied to this, it must be a common problem.
I have the same issue with a Motorola L7SLVR,same phone really.
Connects up initially, but after switching TT710 off then on, wont auto connect then makes the phone beep and flash up the message "bond with TomTom710?" too quickly to even answer the question before it starts beeping again.

Anyone got an answer for this?
I've emailled TomTom so will let u know but if no joy going back to Halfords, which is a cos i bought it from Amazon.....

I have the same with a 910 and new Orange SPV M3100. I have set up manually with what I believe are the correct settings (as its not on thye TomTom list) and can use hands free and also get the traffic but then for no apparent reason on a journey the Bluetooth on the phone gets switched off, if I reactivate it works again until the next time that the 910 decides to switch it off.
