Downloading Poi problem

Hi, I have recently subscribed to download the latest POI update for theGarmin Nuvi 300. I go through the procedures to get the download, it starts then a message appears stating: Internet explorer cannot download cameras php idpackage=4 from pocketgpsworld.com. IE was unable to open this internet site. The requested site is either unavailable or cannot be found. Please try again later, I have now been trying for four days and still get the same message. I have downloaded updates in the past when the site was free without and problems.I would appreciate any help on this matter.

I am also having issues downloading the zip files, something appears to be wrong with the source files. Can someone please check the source folder/directory?

I temporarily disconnected my firewall and virus protection but I still get the same message that the site is unavailable, as stated in the first message I have had no problems downloading before and my protection software is still the same. Normally I get a message if the firewall or Anti-virus is blocking any input, but not this time.
If some downloads of the Garmin update are succesful, it is a puzzle! and I hope there is someone out there, who has the answer to correct my feeble efforts in solving this problem.

Try logging onto the .com version of the site rather than the .co.uk version. I have read that that can make a difference, but don't ask me why!

I have at last managed to download the Garmin Speed Camera update file by using my wife's laptop, her protection software is exactly the same as mine and the IE settings correspond. So there is a glitch somewhere in my system, apologies for the moan, but we live and learn. The main thing is my Nuvi is up to date and ready to rumble.
