PLUS services HELP!!!!!

I have tried to set my 1 month trial, but failing miserably. I have been advised to do the following:

- reset the factory settings (Change Preferences | Reset Factory Settings);
- access TomTom Traffic from the first main menu;
- configure your bluetooth and wireless internet connection with your phone;
- enable Traffic in this menu;
- click 'Update Traffic info' to get the Traffic service on your TomTom ONE;

I have pressed the factory settings button several times, but it doesn't reset....

Any ideas?

It has to be enabeled from TT web site first have you done that ???

We see you’re using an ad-blocker. We’re fine with that and won’t stop you visiting the site.
Have you considered making a donation towards website running costs?.
Or you could disable your ad-blocker for this site. We think you’ll find our adverts are not overbearing!
