Palm T3 using tomtom Nav 5

Hi can anybody help me

Registered with site ans downloaded software, cannot install any information from the download onto my palm.

1 Do any databases support TomTom running on Palm T3. If there is hw is it installed onto the PDA

Any help will be very very helpful

The instructions for the Palm are exactly the same as for a ppc. Have you followed those instructions? If so where exactly does it go wrong and what error messages do you get. And have you remembered to unzip the files first?

Hi woodyg and to the forums

The quick answer is you need a card reader to insatll the the files. The hotsync process will just report an unknown file.

the steps are (with your card in the reader):
1. unzip the download
2. drag and drop the .ov2 and .bmp files to the map folder on the card
3. replace the card in your T3 and TomTom will start
4. you should now find the POIs are ready for use.
