i have tomtom mobile installled on my xda IIi sometimes tomtom closes for no reason it doesn't happen all the time. Can anybody help please

| Welcome to the forum, The XDAIIi is a Pocket PC device and therefore should be running TomTom Navigator (latest version is 5,21) can you please check the version you have actually installed, tap the sat strength meter and it will display the version - Mike |

As a start I would update the unit to the latest version of TomTom Navigator (vs5,21) you can get a free download of the application direct from TomTom's web site HERE install this and see if the situation improves.
Other areas to check out:
Which service provider are you with for the phone? as the O2 active interface is known to cause issues with these devices. If you are with O2 and have the O2 Active installed please try removing it, or post back for instructions.
What type of memory card have you got installed into the device? if its not a reputable high speed card, again this can cause problems. Mike |

my xda IIi is unlocked and has an orange sim card i also have a corprate install my sd card is lexar platinum 1GB 40xspeed
