Hi...

This autumn I'm traveling to France for my honeymoon....and I'll be taking the 910.....and oh yeah, my bride. Laughing Out Loud

Crazy, naiive questions:

Will rental cars in France have 12V sockets for the TT910's power? Negative ground? I ask this because ages ago I had an Austin Healey with a positive-ground electrical system.....installed an American 8-track player and all the songs played perfectly....backwards.

Also, what kind of home electrical power do they have in France? I use 120V AC here in the US....what kind of adapter do I need? Should I use a cheap travel adapter or get a unique power setup for Europe from TomTom?

ALSO....(thanks for not yawning yet)....if I have a PC with built-in WIFI, can I fire it up in one of those internet cafes, and get online??

THANKS! Sorry, I'm an infrequent, although enthusiastic traveler....

- yes, they have negative ground 12 v sockets
- home power is 230 V, your TomTom charging adapter should be able to handle that voltage. You can buy a socket adapter in the airport.
- yes, WIFi works nearly the same (some channels are prohibited in France)
