Average speed cameras

Hi all,

Was driving to Bristol yesterday down the M4 and the road works in between Bath and the M32 had signs up for "Average Speed Check".

My TomTom with the speed camera database from 22nd July didn't give me any warning of this - is that normal? Is it even possible to warn in advance of average speed check sites?

Anyway I have to say that the speed camera database is an absolute godsend and I couldn't / wouldn't be with out it.
