TomTom One + Nokia 6111

Please bare with me guys as i really need your help, i'm a beginner at thee things and am having poblems with connectiong my tom tom one to my mobile phone.

When i tried to connect them together my mobile kept coming up as "Subscribe to packet data first" I rang O2 and he sent me gprs settings, when i tried again after getting these new settings it still comes up with the "subscribe" so i rang back and the bloke told me that the tomtom is probably listed to pick up a contract phone settings only or something like that, he said I would have to change the username to payandgo and the GPRS ACCESS POINT to payandgo.o2.co.uk

I'm totally lost guys, how do i enter that into my tomtom, i don't even know where to start....................

Can some one please help me in idiot terms!
