Which Backup Methos did you use? The Home Version, the Upgrade Version or the CD Version?

The Setup.exe Backup is found in Documents and Settings\ User Name\ My Documents\TomTom.

I still prefer to use the good old fashioned way of using Explorer to Copy/Paste the SD Card to a Destination of my choice.Smile

It's possible that TT is looking in the Default location, and as you've saved it in My Documents, it can't find it. As I've said, I never do it that way, so unable to say on that point.

Either do a Full Backup with the Setup Program and let it go to the default. Or Copy/Paste the SD Card with Explorer. You're in control of what goes where then.
