How do you Factory reset the Nuvi?

Hi,
I updated my Nuvi using the webupdater software and all I get now is System software missing, Garmin promised to email me the reset procedure but have failed to do so!!!!!! (It takes 30+ minutes to get through to talk to somebody)

Has anyone here got any info?

On the 300 the procedure is:

Whilst turning the nuvi on, keep your finger touching the top right of the screen, a pop up will appear, touch yes and all original settings will be restored. You should note that all user data will also be erased.

I have tried that, (In fact tried all the cormers) it doesn't work, just get the System software missing message.

Hi,

The same happenned to me, after using Garmins Webupdate my Street pilot i3 will only say system software missing. garmins suggested reset doesnt work nor does pressing a corner of the screen. My computer cant see it when its plugged in via usb.
Garmin haven't bothered getting back to me.
-Is there another way to reset or manually load the firmware?
Im a bit of beginner with GPS so please patronise me!

Any help greeatly appreiciated.
