Oziexplorer and Globalsat BT308 Problem

Having a bit of difficulty getting oziexplorer CE to speak to my globalsat BT308. It's talking to the PDA OK (ipaq 6340), as I can see the data scrolling through on 'GPSinfo' program. However, in oziexplorer, no data seems to come through. I've checked that all the appropriate setting are there in configuration>NMEA, in terms of baud rate, com port etc. I've tried loads of different options for com ports. I've also tried using franson to make a virtual port. Still no joy. Anyone have any ideas?

Be sure there are no other programs on your pda talking to your GPS.
Don't open the software which comes with the GPS - only open ozi and check it's configured to receive data from the GPS.

I might have read your post incorrectly, but I get the impression you're running the GPS info program in parrallel to ozi. I did the same thing until I realised ozi has to be run on its own (in terms of talking to the GPS).
