i3 find free space

Hi I just bought a garmin i3 and it came with a 256 minisd with the UK map preloaded. Whenever I try to load some POI's I can only fit about 200kb before the POI loader tells me that there is no more free space!

Surely there must be some space on this as I've seen the download for the UK map is not more than 150MB. Where is my space gone on the sd?

Does anyone know how I can find out my free space and see what's on the minisd? Maybe I can remove some unneeded files or something.
