|

Hi all, I'm new to all of this; GPS, Garmin, this site - you name it!
I've got a Nuvi360 and the guy in the shop loaded on a speed camera database.
I've downloaded the POI loader and some additional POI's. I also decided to subscribe to the pocketgpsworld camera database and update that onto the unit at the same time.
So as to completely confuse myself, I also downloaded the CameraUpdater MFC Application, thinking that would allow me to set proximity alerts to my own liking.
I went through the wizard to load new POI's, but can't see how to check if the new camera database is on there... apart from driving past one I know, is there any way of checking this?
Also, the CameraUpdater MFC Application doesn't seem to be able to find the database - again, any help would be appreciated.
Thanks from a stupid beginner! :D |

thanks for your relpy, though I'm not sure the Garmin allows you to view a route.
The thing you said to try also seems to be for the Navman and not the Garmin, though some of it was similar in the wizard I used to update POI's...
Thanks |
