Speed Cams Europe -v- Continental (TomTom One)

Just a small query..

I have PGPS CONTINENTAL databse on my Tom Tom One.
I note that CONTINENTAL is no longer available as a download.
Am I correct in believing that the EUROPE database replaces the CONTINENTAL database (yes, I know, they both "mean" the same!)
I am running the Major Route of Europe on my TT One, and not the Street Level mapping.
