I have Copilot Pocket PC 6 and have saved the uk single database file as safetycameras.ov2 and now I also want to add in the continental cameras (as I am going on holiday to France). Do I save the continental cameras file as safetycameras.ov2 and overwrite the UK file, or is there a way of combining the databases into one file?

I have not tried it and don't really know the answer to your question but.
The files for the UK are named with "UK" in the title.
pocketgps_uk_gatso_20.ov2
If the files for the continent have a different name, something like (pocketgps_continent_gatso_20.ov2),
then, no the UK files will not get replaced and the continental files will just be added to the rest.
In which case you will also have to make sure your SD card is also big enough to take the extra files.

I should also have mentioned, when you DL the continental database, if the DL name is the same as the one for the UK, then save it with a different name, just in case you need to access either file again later.
Anyway, I just checked the DL for my "TT ONE" and the files for the continent are called (pocketgps_europe.ov2) as a single DL.
So as I said earlier, no they will not overwrite your UK files as the names are different.
Also, the size of the DL (13KB) is so small I doubt there will be a problem with the size of the SD card.
