I'm sure everyone knows already but I just download V2.4 software and updates for GPS receiver & GTM12 from the Garmin site using the WebUpdater!!

Hi ravi.
I spotted that on Friday and installed it, as it was to do with multiple maps.
Now here's the weird thing.
When I first installed it and then went out & about, all my icons for all POI's were 'always on' in the 3D view (yes, every single one. Garmin's and mine).
I thought result, that's what I wanted.
Then I came home and tweaked my camera distance warnings etc. reinstalled the POI's now they've all gone out again. Confused
How weird is that.

I thought originally that it was part of the update but obviously not. Crying or Very sad

CeeJay.

That's wierd
All my POI's / favs etc have stayed on my Nuvi. So has my camera database. In fact, I can't see any damn diff at all before & after!!
I've always been able to see all the POI's as long as you're zoomed down to 200ft or more. At over 200ft, they disappear!

My GTM12 traffic thing still seems to be totally dead despite the GTM12 update that WebUpdater found and installed. If only I could get that thing working....

Hi ravi.
In 3D view, I find that I can zoom in and it stays there when no route is set and all icons are displayed.
If a route is set, mine seems to zoom out automatically and all my icons disappear. I can zoom in manually, the icons appear but then it automatically zooms out after a few seconds.
The TT910 I had did the same and that used to bug me too.
Not sure if this is 'normal' behaviour. Confused

Hi Ceejay
I wish I could tell you. My Nuvi packed up completely last night and displayed a map of america (?!) briefly before going totally dead. This is the second one I've had and I'm going to it back to Halfords for a refund. I'm totaly gutted and I'm going to have to find another Nuvi at a good price from somewhere.
Sad
