onroad/offroad/creating trails/speedometer.. all in one

Ok so this is my first post and gonna be a good one.. I did search here and read a while before joining...
Like all other sites I have read and compared....

now here is what I have..
ipaq 3850
1gb sd card
dual sleeve pcmcia jacket
pcmcia to cf converter
globalsat 307-b gps
globalsat at-65 antennea

currently working on the addonics external pcmcia hard drive to have say 100gb of space on my pda....

Ok this is what I am looking for in the gps software...

Speedometer - lifted truck where speedo doesnt work
On road navigation - only when lost
off road navigation - mainly to record where I am going so I can export out and create a map



I have checked so many screenshots of

CoPilot
GPS Tuner
Mapopolis
Memory map

Ok... so my 3 features im looking for.... (I know my links arent of the current version on some but they havent changed....

Speedometer
TomTom seems to have a fairly small but ok speedometer

Destinator doesnt have one unless you use the gps status screen and it is TINY

GPS Tuner - not sure if I like the arrow.. plus is the speed how far to the waypoint and the speed below it?

on road navigation - just want to use if there is a detour or I am lost... but would like the maps there as I dont want to scan, try and fix and get working........

off road navigation - would love to be able to fire it up from my driveway.. drop breadcrumbs all the way to the trail entrance..... drive through the trails.... put a waypoint in where there is a nice hill climb or nasty mudhole or even where a bud got stuck.....

trying to see if there is one major software that will do all that.. if not what could I use?

im leaning towards

speedometer - gonna try a few tonight... cant find the link to the one...

street navigation - looks like destinator pn $105

offroad navigation - dont know just yet....cant find anything that does the breadcrumb trail

Take a look at GPS Speed Sentry;

It may not be exactly what you are looking for but it has a big speedo display and can log your offroad adventures so you can look at them later (in Excel, Access, etc). Theres no moving map or breadcrumb trail but since its free to try you may as well give it a go.
