I got a Riderplus Euro maps Plus 2gb SD card. onto my ZX9R. I have been planning route through France down to Southern Italy but Tom TOM doesn't plan BIKE routes just No Motorway or Toll Roads. So i have used MS Autoroute to place PINs on exact rout I want and use POI converter program to load as OV2 onto TTR. But in Tuscany and Southern Spain the TTR Maps have most back roads missing. Not very impressed. Can I use any other better mapping sw on TTR? |

Oh, sorry. I thought you'd bought one of the new RIDERs which has the European NAVTEQ map on it. There was one at the Edinburgh show. It had version 6 point something and a v650 NAVTEQ map.
Planning a route isn't impossible, but there are easier ways. For instance, make a route in Autoroute, save the .axe file and then use ITNConv to turn it into an itinerary. _________________ Tim |

Recently decided to go for the rider now the price has dropped.
I am fortunate to be in the vehicle electrical trade so i can buy at trade price.
Can certainley verify that GPS suppliers dont make a large profit !
However, I could (subject to availability) supply the rider at £370 all in inc. carriage. E-mail me if this is of interest.
My supplier is currently out of stock untill next week so I think I will wait for the pricing of the Eurorider for my own use.
