"Garmin C320 Beginner Problem"

Hi all,

Can someone help please? I have just bought a c320. I have installed the Garmin POI Loader & downloaded some POI's from MaFt but I now want a Safety Camera download. I have tried following instructions on this site but am now struggling. I am a true beginner here & desperately need some help!
