new pocket gps file copying

can anyone help,, i already have the tomtom700, safety cam files installed, they are of very poor quality ect,, i have downloaded the pocket cam files to my pc and i am ready to transfer to the tomtom 700 data base,,,, will the existing files be over written, is there a problem doing this.. cheers gwynfo

The TomTom and the PGPSWorld camera files are just POI lists (like banks, petrol stations etc).
Unless they have exactly the same name (and these don't) they will not overwrite eachother. You can keep them both on your system if you wish (although if you have more than 39 categories of added POIs in total they will not be seen).

However, you would be best advised to remove the TomTom ones first. You can either do it on the Go itself (Change Preferences / Manage POI / Delete POI category) or just delete the TomTom Camera files using Windows when you are connected up to the PC.
