Internal errror ??

Hi All ,

I recently puchased navman 520 ( not 2nd hand ), two days later ( now ) I keep receiving ' ERROR NO NMEA DATA' , Does anyone any idea if this is a real problem ? , I read so many article on NMEA and doesnt have a real solution on '' How To'' solving it .

This is often displayed while waiting for a satellite lock. Providing it dissapears within a reasonable time as the satellites are aquired it is normal. If it does not dissapear at all then you probably have a bad unit.
