hard cases icn 510-520

hi all does anyone know of a hard protective case for the 510 -520 as a friend has just had to have his screen replaced due to a crack and it wasnt cheep i dont fancy going down that road myself. i need a hard case to protect my 510 whilst not in use ie in my pocket or glovebox in car, as my friends got damaged in the supplied case while in his cars glovebox.

Yes, I have a black otterbox which I bought from canada via eBay for about £5, shipping was about the same. It arrived within 3 days.

I too was worried about the screen cracking too, is slightly larger than the 510 so takes the cleaning cloth too or would also fit her Pin 570. They are waterproof as well as virtually break proof and fantastic value.

cheers mate will have to try one of them out like i say its just to keep it safe while in the glove box etc ,i wouldnt leave it in there but dont like to leave it on display either when i get to my destination, so like i say a hard case is needed must say that the standard leatherett case with a piece of card in the front is a bit of a joke. have at last found the ideal case for my icn510 spotted it in a currys store in the games section it an aluminium case made by mad-catz £4.99 think its for a game-boy or somthing but just replacing the inner foam my nav-man fits perfectly just the job for keeping it safe while not in use have got some pics of but not sure how to post them on here must say it looks great anyone know how i could put some pics on here as im sure once people see how great it looks and fits they will want to do the same .

gadgetkeith........very inerested in the case you got but couldn't find any reference to it on the Currys web site. Did it look as if other Currys Stores would have them?

hi there sorry for the long delay as i havnt been on the site for a while , the case in question is made by mad catz i think it was designed for a gameboy or somthing simlar its a metal case with a diamond plate design on it hard plastic lined with a poly foam insert which can be trimmed to fit the nav-man like a glove , i must say my nav-man has had a bit of abuse while in the case ie droped a few times squashed in my pocket while squeezing through doorways in very busy places and lots of knocks and bumps, and after all this is in perfect condition still. if i knew how to post pics on here i would if anyone needs a pic they can message me and i will send them one.
