Help: Downloading the database of cameras etc

Sorry but I'm confused so can someone confirm my understanding.

I gather I can either down load the PO loader which shows all cameras grouped together and the speed zoned database which shows the speed limit of each relevant camera? So basically its one or the other?

Secondly, I gather if I have the PO loader_20.exe this will automatically take care of the download if I click on the zip file I wish to download namely on eof the above?

Finally, I assume that each new database overwrites the preceding one? Is it possible to tell from the Garmin i3 which database version has been downloaded?
