Are you using Navigate to then entering the postcode?
If you are, go to the next page Postcode Search and enter the full postcode without a space between the numbers.
Also, to make the Full Postcode search work, you have to add an empty folder to your SD Card and name it tomtom. _________________ Formerly known as Lost_Property

Thanks for the reply. :D
The Medion Md96800 uses Navteq by Navicon
How would putting in a tomtom directory help?

My parents live in postcode DN17 2SF, this street has been around before most of the town but doesn`t exist in Destinator Lite (OK, I know but PN on order). I tried, City, Street, every combination to no avail. Then, on a whim I tried it with the next street down from it DN17 2SN, low and behold I got their road and house number to select from! I had to ring them to ask the name of this road, . I can live with one or two simple errors like this, simple note in the address book to add N to the nend instead of S and its sorted.
Sometimes I check destinations out on the computer, where time allows, before making the journey and keeping the results on my Pocket Computer. I then print out a list I keep in my wallet, as this includes stuff like avoiding this road and that road to make it go the way I want, not the way it wants. Hope PN helps with some of this
