TTN5 on SPV M500

Guys, I was wondering if anyone can help me.
I have Tomtom Nav 5 installed on my pocket pc but I am having problems with it remembering anything!

I.e. when I load the application, it works fine and I dont have any problems, even the speed camera's work too, but when I close the application, i.e when I get out of my car it loses all settings.
For example, when I restart it, it has lost the home destination, and not remembered any favourites or POI's and even the POI warning for the speed camera's has been lost too.

Anybody experienced this problem before or any solutions please?

Any help would be brilliant.
