Subscription

Is it just me or is it complicated. First you sign up, then you activate your account, then you subscribe and tehn you keepo getting told you are not a subscriber...

Perhaps a FAQ page on "sign up and subscription" that tells you what to do, what to expect in terms of timescales and responses and so on.

Oh and in the meantime if you can check if I am subscribed (as someone took my money) and let me know when this becomes live that would be great. Either way keep up the good work. Confused

I can confirm that you have indeed paid - thank you - please check your email box for confirmation of your membership.

It appears that during payment, either Nochex or PocketGPSWorld.com timed out as. So although we received payment, the system didn't subscribe you. Technology eh? Who'd have it Wink

Of course your help on registering did say you would get back to users faster than 24 hours if possible, and indeed you did. Happy to be part of the GPS World membership, and thanks for the prompt, professional and yet entertaining response.
