how do you download patches for the viamichelin software v3 & V4

i have 3.2 and 4.1(having trouble with this one)

3.2 is the latest version of v3, unless you have the Palm Tungsten Navigator Companion (which I see from your other posting you don't) and at present there would seem to be no updates for v4. All of the updates can be found on the viaMichelin website at http://www.viamichelin.com/viamichelin/gbr/tpl/psg/produits/htm/pda_patchs.htm you siomply download them and then follow the instructions
