TTG external antenna.

I've got a Peugeot 307 which has got athermic glass in it so requires the attenna for my TTG to work at all.

Now i've tried using the antenna externally, but TBH it looks awful and its caused fine scratches on the paintwork on the roof as well as being susceptable to the local scoats & car washes.

Now it's now stuck courtesy of some Sellotape sticky fixers to inside of the rear window, but is it better to be at the top near the high level stop light or bottom, near the wiper arm, to get the best signal or is there anywhere else that would give a good view of the satellites.

The parcel shelf has been suggested by a friend but that gets removed on a semi regular basis so isn't really a starter.

The suggested space is in the space under the windscreen wipers theres usually a grill there to allow air in and the wipers space to operate.
