hi there,
just bought my navman icn510 and have started to put all cameras on it. I have managed to add all the databases to poi otherthan gatsos as it says either "format not recognised" or no "no poi found". I cant get my head round it as i have managed to get specs, redlight, temps and mobile on from the download page. cheers |

And you're definitely using the asc file? I did it myself only a couple of days ago, and it wrked fine.
BTW, I moved this from the 6xx section to the 5xx section. _________________ Tim |

Hi guys.
I use the .csv files and they all work on my 520.
I've also installed them on my brother's 510 and all work OK.
I got the 'format not recognized' message on one of the files I forgot to edit.
But it's all sorted now. :D

CeeJay, if you use the .asc files (from this month they come as speedzoned files) then no editing is required. :D _________________ Tim |

Hi Tim.
That's great news.
They'll now take 3 minutes to install instead of 5. :D
Well done to the guys at pocketgpsworld.

Hi Tim:
There does seem to be a problem with the Gatso csv file on the latest downloads. POIedit would not auto update that one when I tried although it did OK with mobile, temp etc. The error returned is access denied. I tried several times with the same result.
I had my POI edit preference set to Navman CSV

Having never used POIEdit, I can't suggest anthing, other than you change your preferences to asc and try again. Asfar as I can tell, the .asc files are all of one type, not like Navman .csv, Garmin .csv, etc.. _________________ Tim |
