Im running tt5 on my mio 168.Im looking to run mm along side it bit unsure after reading of some of the problems that you can run into.
Where is the smarties guide mentioned in this forum? |

If you want to run both at the same time you will need another application to "share" the GPS data between the application, I use Fransons GPS Gate to achieve this, great application, it works fine on my XDAIIs to do exactly what you are wanting TT5 and MM at the same time - Mike |

thanks for the info.Can you post the link to Fransons gps gate?
have you transfered tom tom on to a seperate sd card, to accomadate mm and tom tom, ie the map data say for two mm park regions as well as tom tom |

As for the SD card, I have a number of different ones I use from 512MB to 2GB - copying the files from the original TT SD is easy - just make sure you have "show hidden files" ticked in windows file explorer select Tools/ folder options then the view tab to locate this - then use a card reader to copy the whole lot accross to the PC, then with the new higher capacity card installed copy it all back to the new SD.
