| If you're planning to but a Garmin i3 for Christmas, then Somerfield (the supermarket co) has them for £149.99, the cheapest I've found. Some folk are buying them on ebay for over £170.00 and think they've got a bargain! |

You'll probably find that retailers like this are selling GPS units cheaply as a loss leader.
i.e Selling a unit for a ten pound loss just to get you into the store where you'll hopefully buy some more profitable stock as well.
The consumer gets a bargain, but don't expect knowledgable customer service and after-sales support. |

I bought mine on-line from the Currys web site. You get a £20 voucher which brings the price down to £269.00 and free delivery. Good deal I thought!  |

With rebadged Mio 168s for £130 - not even gps.co.uk can beat that :P |
