POI's Preinstalled a little off....

I have noticed that some of the POI's installed on my 269+ are a little but wayward, such as my local BP is on the opposite side of a roundabout that the GPS tells me it is.

Is there any particular reason for this?
The POI's were already installed on my unit, I have installed my own SpeedCams off of poihandler.com but the others are all preinstalled.

It's a common complaint. Unfortunately, the POI's are compiled by address/Postcode and there will be some positional error straight away, unless the location is known from personal knowledge.

The wrong side of a roundabout is fairly common because that very often involves only the Postcode and a hundred yards isn't that far away.

Even Custom POI's are prone to this condition and rely on feedback to be able to make correcttions.
