Can any one advise a newbie to TTN2 please?
I have set up a number of Favourites which display properly when choosing show on map, however when I try to use 'Navigate To' 'Favourite' from the Navigator view, TTN2 plans the route to the favourite stored in position 2 regardless of which one I select.
I have noticed that if I choose the Favourites view, and then use 'Set as Destination' TTN2 plans the route properly. I am doing something wrong (don't think so) or is this a bug? |

I think it's a bug, this has happened to me in the past, but I thought that I had simply hit the wrong one. Nice to know I'm not going mad.

Thanks Alan, I am fairly certain that this is a bug, as I have moved Favourite 2 to Favourite 6, and TTN2 now plans the routes to Favourite 3, i.e the first Favourite in the list after 'Home' regardless of which one I choose.
Has anyone else had this problem, and is there a fix for it? I have downloaded and installed v2.24 but the problem remains.

I have just tried Navigate to Favourite 3 and it worked for me (TTN2 2.24). Then I added a Favourite 4 and TTN created a route to that too. These tests were done at home not on the road.

This confused me for a while, having just tested this prior to posting found I had no problems at all but when using in car have had same as you all.
The answer I think is, when bringing up the favorites list if you touch and hold the page it selects the first favorite as you know but if you lightly touch on your selected favorite to highlite then touch longer to select the options for this listing all works o.k.
If you are on the move this is not always that easy! |

Best way is not to use favourites except for home - use a POI database instead, that way they are permanently stored. I lost my favourites too many times and learnt a lesson!!
