nuvi 300 rerouting and speed warnings

as above is the calclation any good i have the m5 garmin it is crap if you miss a turn you have to pull over and wait for a new route maybe 10-20 seconds?? its a toss up between tt one and nuvi .
also what about the speed warnings?? do they only go off when you go over the set speed?? and last. text to speach does it sound any good..

please someone help me i like garmin but have had a very bad experience with the m5 or can i try one and if not happy send it back

The NUVI 300 re-route speed is on a par with TOMTOM 3 and I'd say faster than TOMTOM 5. Within a few seconds of turning, it will reroute.

The speed camera warning goes off when you approach and if your going to fast it keeps warning you.

Not sure about the text-to-speech this is only on the Nuvi 350.
