Medion pocket pc and TomTom 5

Hi guys

Hope you can help,
I have a medion pocket pc with sat nav reciever built in. The pocket pc has the original medion route planner software but have now removed this and installed the TomTom5 software.

On the initial setup there are 4 options for GPS reciever
Tomtom wireless GPS
Tomtom Cable GPS
other bluetooth GPS
other cable NMEA GPS

Anyone know which type is the medion pocket pc? I assume it is the latter one. other cable NMEA GPS, but when I click on this I still cant find any satallites.

If this is a Medion 95000 then the settings are as follows

Other Cable NMEA GPS
Baud 4800
Serial Cable on SP2
