POI Problem

I have downloaded POI's for Woodlands and Street Markets. The files have gone into the same folder on my PDA but although the speed cameras and speed zones show up, on the POI the woodlands and Street markets do not...

Could someone give me some help as to why. and where the files should be, It does say that the should be in the same folder as Checkpoint exe file ? which they are..
