Crying or Very sad
Has anyone had problems installing the application installer software that comes with the 520? I have tried and tried to no avail. I get so far then it all freezes up. I am using Win XP Pro with service pack 2 installed. I have tried disabling the firewall and anti-virus software.

Any help would be appreciated
