HP IPAQ 2210 with TOMTOM5

Hi everyone,
i am new to this forum and was wanting some help with my HP IPAQ i have just upgraded from TOMTOM3 to TOMTOM5 and now i dont get a signal
i am using a Holux CR100 car cradle with GPS i have phoned them for the config settings and still joy

go to connections >connections>beam > uncheck receive all incoming beams

in the tt gps configuration select othe nema wired gps then set baud rate to 4800 then select gps on com 1 or just select tomtom wiredgps and remember the gps wont work unless the cradle has power

I have tried that but still no joy i have also updated TOM TOM 5 with the lastest patch from there website

any other idea's
